Donovan brings a wealth of knowledge to OneDay, having honed his skills over nearly a decade at BombBomb. There, he swiftly climbed the ranks from Customer Care Support Agent to the Vice President of Customer Success, mastering the intricacies of team management and developing effective customer success playbooks along the way.

"My experience at BombBomb ignited my passion for video," Steinberg shares. "I believe in its power to bring the 'human' back into our digital communications. OneDay's mission resonated with this belief, and I was intrigued by the idea of using what I had learned and applying it here."
A Bright Future
When asked about his vision for OneDay's future, Donovan brings up the vast potential he sees for the application of video in business.
"In my opinion, video is still in its early stages in the business world," he explains. "Many are wrestling with the idea of its fit for them. I believe my role at OneDay is to help people understand the value of video, and more importantly, the power of their intrinsic value as humans. OneDay is on the edge of something really big, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it."
The Man Behind the Success
Steinberg is not just about work; he's a dedicated family man. "Before everything else, I am a husband and a father," he proudly declares. He's been married to his lovely wife, Haleigh, for over a decade, and they have three wonderful children: Emery, Dominic, and Joseph.
In addition to family and work, Donovan enjoys playing the drums, sipping a good cup of coffee in the morning, and relaxing with a Hazy IPA at the end of the day. He's also a big sports enthusiast and part of the 'Goldie Nation' at OneDay, sharing his home with an 8-month-old Golden Retriever, Brida.
"Life is a beautiful journey," Donovan reflects. "And I can't wait to embark on this new chapter with OneDay, helping to write its next success story."
