- Log in to your OneDay account
- Select "Admin Portal"
- Click "Automation"
- On the right hand side select the appropriate community/team you want to be part of the automation
- Click on the drop down arrow under "Stage Name" and select the appropriate stage name
- Click "Attach Video" and select the video you want attached to that particular stage
- Click "Next: Email Composition"
- Choose who you want the video to come from by selecting from the drop down menu
- Enter an "Email Subject Line" and text in the "Message Text" area (optional). You can also add a CTA button (optional)
- Click on "Save Video Settings" at the bottom
- A rule is created. Once it's saved, it means that the next time a prospect moves into that particular stage OneDay's system will automatically send them the video message that was attached.
- If a prospect moves back and forth between stages they will not receive the same email twice.
- Your CRM statuses are pre-populated in the Automation section which makes setup very seamless.
